Six Pack 2008!!!
OK ..well I’ve set another fitness goal for 2008 and this one is just around the corner. I want a six pack by the end of January. I’ll be celebrating my birthday hopefully on a beach somewhere warm and tropical in a teeny bikini and I want to have well defined abs. I think I can do it!!! Starting to see some muscularity in my tummy and now I need to build more muscle and reduce my bodyfat %age a bit more. I’d appreciate any tips or advice! Thanks everyone!!!

I know you can do it!!!!! At this point, it is probably just a matter of getting the BF down and make sure to go easy on things that will bloat you/hold water and cover those abs up. About 2 weeks before you go on vacation, cut out dairy, nuts, broccoli, and beans. Cut out anything that makes you gassy, and cycle your carbs (three lower carbs day, and one carb "up" day). You will see the bodyfat over the abs melt off, and then on the carb up days, the abdominals will really "POP!"
