Frog Squats
Discovered frog squats today. Wow! These really isolate the thighs and if you place your elbows by your knees you can feel it work your lower inner thighs…a tough area to isolate in my opinion. Especially for me since I work out at home. I’ll definitely be feeling these tomorrow!!

Please enlighten me.. what are frog squats and how do you perform them? Is it the same as a power or sumo squat? Whatever it is, from your post it sounds brutal lol.

Hey hottie! I have a video posted for reference. I did these holding a 15 lb weight and I’m feeling it! I do a ton of lunges and squats but these engage the muscles a bit more intensely. The closest burn I’ve felt to this is holding a squat position for several minutes against a wall. My Dad taught me those. He’s a retired military man, 63 years old and has the body of a thirty year old!
