Thought you should all know ive been in the gym for the last month, four days of lifting, one or two of cardio a week, im down 10 pounds but mostly because ive only been taking in about 1500 to 2000 calories a day. I have the problem of dieting to lose and working out to gain, but so far it hasnt slowed me down. Its finals week, two more tomorrow and im a free man until feb. P.S. I forgot how much lifting gain focus you in your day to day actions, ive been doing better in class, without changing my study habits. Cool. bye

Basically Ive gone through a lot of bad times since the last blog I made. Ive gone to the gym maybe ten times the last 3 months. Just so you know, its mainly because of depression. I had a really rough brake up, my ex gf through a brick at my car, repeatedly. 2 grand worth of damage, its all fixed and payed for, but I’ve had a bad taste in my mouth for a while, and I’ve been drinking a lot. But I realized a couple of days ago that the only way you can get out of a funk is if you want to, so ive been to the gym 2 times out of the last three days, this being the third day, probably gonna take a brake. But I’m looking at life positively and I’m looking to get back on track, bodyspace always helps so im gonna be more active on here. Anyways I’m back, hope to talk to you all soon, ps she isn’t pitured on here so dont think that other girl in the pic with me is crazy, cuz she is just a little unstable, jk. Oh and if anyone has any tips on how to manage my time between school work and trying to get time for the gym ( in other words staying motivated) feel free to volunteer your info. Thanx lots. TTYL

The cruise was fun, i was wrong though, i wasn’t in class from 8 to 3. It was from 8 to 8 with an hour lunch break. It was still fun but between classes and partying and the fact that the on board gym closed at 8pm i wasnt very active. Anyway, ive been back for almost a week and am back to a regular schedule. The break actually helped, i came back stronger and lighter. Feels good to be back in the gym.

Im going on a cruise for five days, leaving wednesday (its not gonna be as fun as it sounds im going for a leadership school so ill be in class from 8 to 3 everyday) but my list of things to bring says not to bring food. If anyone has been on a cruise or can give me advise on what might be acceptable food to bring onboard (i was thinking maybe they would allow protein bars) i would appreciate the help. Ive been doing good on my diet and id hate to come back all bloated and gross. But at least ill be able to workout still : )

The name for bodyspace was clever due to the popularity of myspace, however there is one big difference between the two that ive noticed. Bodyspace is, well, BETTER! Search for people that are into fitness on myspace, not always easy and they aren’t ever as helpful. This is more fun by far. = )

I was at the beach last week and i hyper-extended my knee. Nothing too bad. I was jogging toward the sand from the water and the floor dropped a foot deeper than expected, not fun. Anyways instead of running I’ve been swimming and getting my ass kicked at the same time. Haha! I realized that it isn’t quite healed though when i did deadlifts yesterday and it ached for hours afterward. If anyone knows how to work around it so i can heal faster please throw some advise my way.
