Cardio - Extended Play
Well, once again I have been reading the articles on the super site and found some folks have been where I want to go. Based on their experience - I decided to up my cardio to 45 minutes this week. Well, it was a new experience but now I am kicking myself for taking so long to do it. I am trying to get in peak shape for the 4th of July and this really feels good! Now - I just need to bring extra towels for the water loss. Looks like I dropped about 5 lbs of water this morning in the 45 minutes on the treadmill so I feel like I am accomplishing something
