MOTIVATION
Wednesday, April 29th, 2009So, I go to bed late Sunday, the cat wakes me at 4 AM, the alarm goes off at 5 - time for cardio! Now, I am seriously debating just skipping it. One day is not gonna make a difference? One cardio session in the morning is no big deal - especially on weight training day - Right? It is one of those moments when I really appreciated this site because I had just compared my latest Progress Pic to when I started 2 years ago. It is not where I finally want to be but
1. It told me that I did not get here by laying in bed
2. I won’t get where I want to go laying in bed
3. If I want more sack time - then go to bed earlier!
