Alrighty..
It is Thursday, February 22nd 2007.
Today is an off day in training, but it certainly isn’t an off day for bodyBUILDING.
Protein for today is a normal 250g but carbs is getting hammered up there to 500g.(a normal carb day is 400g)
Yesterday was leg day….. I caught myself from falling a total of four times….legs were pumped and I was beat! I had chest tris bis the day before. Now tomorrow is BACK!
Woot freaking woot! That means I’m gonna get to move some heavy weights! Awwwyes!
I don’t believe I will be competing this year, but rather will be working extremely hard at bulking for NPC Teen Nationals in July of next year. I’ve got a long time till then, but I’ve got a long ways to go.
Time to grow.
