So I’ve fallen out of going to the gym for the past two months. Hard with holidays, travelling and school. *Sigh* I lost a lot of muscle. Could only bench 225×1 the other day… quite sad. But I am getting back into it. Adonis, here I come!

So I’ve been wanting to be able to do more pullups for a while now. I’ve been doing pullups on and off, I usually don’t write them in here, but today I made a new personal record which was a set of 11 pullups. My goal pullup wise is to be able to do three sets of 12. My back is definetly more defined because of the pullups which is nice. Gotta start doing some more cutting though =)

Friday: Today was a pretty good workout. I got to do some hardcore sets and I completed everything. I can feel my rotor cuffs getting stronger but they still get fatigued very quickly. I’m confident they won’t get hurt anytime soon too, so I’m getting over that roadblock.

Thursday: My triceps are still sore from yesterday, which is nice, because I did biceps today, so getting that alternate muscle worked felt really good. Hopefully my bi’s will be sore tomorrow.

Tuesday: Today’s workout was okay. I’ve been trying to do more for my back but eh I think it gets tired too fast or something, because I haven’t felt the burn in a while. Instead I just get fatigued to the point where I’m too tired to do more reps, even though I think i can.
