1st day of ab specifics…
Tuesday, April 28th, 2009I completed my abs routine first in the workout yesterday and then finished shoulders fairly strong, missed my HIIT because wife wanted to leave. I must applaud myself for a good day nutrition wase too. I kept protein high, carbs medium, and fat low. Three protein shakes down the hatch along with a solid breakfast and 2 protein packed meals throughout day. I resisted the urges to eat late.
Now today I have not done so well, no breakfast because I had to take my car in for service. No shakes today yet. Fish for lunch ( mahi- mahi) and burgers from 93% lean beef for dinner. Protein shake after workout this evening but I still will need to take on more protein to make up for missing breakfast.
