To date I have not been able to do much leg training. I need to have my knee xrayed and find out once and for all what gives.  So I am going to try water aerobics for some cardio that is zero impact this evening.  I’m told that it burns up tp 2000 calories in ahour which means I need to get to eating in I don’t want to be catabolic.  I a going to start legs again next week in moderation and try to do all my cardio as swimming.  Now for my next area thsat requires attention.  I feel I have decent delts, and for this reason I hardly ever train them.  The get beat up on chest and back day already.  However I am led to wonder what they are capable of if I trained themn as i do other body parts.  Starting next week they get their own day and so do legs!  We will see if this new approach yields good results. :)

  I am pleased to announce that using the workout tracker I have tracked well over 1 million pounds of weight.  Actually almost 1 1/4 million.  i have found this tool very effective.  I journal while at the gym and then enter my workouts each night here on bb.com.  You can’t beat the ez to use feature.  For those of you not using it….you don’t know what you are missing.

Rest helps you grow

I keep finding out the hard way that rest makes you grow.  I find it hard to avoid the gym for even a day or two a week;  much less a streak of days as I did this last week and weekend.  I worked out at home, but not with the intensity that I do at the gym, a couple of nights and even one workout while at the casino in Atlantic City this weekend.  But the time out of the gym has brought some progress.  Deeper striations appearing in my shoulders and chest.  I have lost 5 lbs and it looks like it will stay off.  I can almost see a 6 pack now!  And my arms are starting to look like they are photo worthy. ( At leats to me.) I will do my best to get some progress photos up tonight or tomorrow evening.  Anyway, to my new friends and fanclub, check them out tomorrow.

What is Cellucor

I have noticed that alot of guys on this site are taking cellucor.  No coincidence that they are the ones making huge gains in strength and muscularity.  i went to cellucor website and man this is some expensive stuff.  I have been using supplementation for only a short time now so justifying the prices on that site would take some convincing.  BB.com doesn’t offer their line of products.  I currently use BSN and Muscletech products and have seen good results but I want to put on some serious lean mass and this has not happened.  Any feedback on this company and its products is what I want.  I refuse to be had by ad scams again from a company that I know nothing about.  Someone fill me in.  Are there prohoromones in these products.  Are they legal in U.S. and safe for me to use?

After researching this morning I answered my own question.  A straight olympic bar 7′ or 6′ weighs 45 lbs.  The short straight bar for upper body workouts weigh 35 lbs and then and Ez Curl bar weighs approximately 25 lbs.  The tricep Bar weighs 15-20 but 15lbs most times.  With the WWW. there is no reason for anyone to stay uninformed.

I had the experience of my wife and i working out together.  The YMCA is great.  Thanks to their Guardian program we got on for 25 dollars a month just yesterday.  They provide child care for up to 1 1/2 hours while you workout.  Pools, Saunas, Whirlpool, Classes, the works came with the membership.  My 6 mo old daughter enjoyed her night out and the interaction in the Wee World and my wife and I enjoyed a great, high volume, workout for the first time ever.  The YMCA rocks.

How much do they weigh????

I know an olympic bar weighs 45 lbs.  but how much do ez curl bars weigh?  How about straight short barbells?  Or the 2 hand neutral bar?  I need to find out to accurately calculate what I am curling now?

My shoulders are screaming

Yesterday I had an intense 45 min bout with my shoulders.  I have been neglecting to work them into my weekly split and it shows.  i thought 25 lb dumbbells to be moderate weight for my delts but it was obviously too much.  on the isloation moves I went to 15’s and that may have been it.  I don’t know but lifting my arms above shoulder level is hard and painful today.  I was supposed to hit the gym heavy today but don’t feel 100%  I am debating on wheter to go or not.  I can afterall still go punish my bird legs!!!

I had agreat workout.  Accomplished several personal bests.  Stes as well as reps were high enough to make me content with today.  Strength and endurance continue to grow off the charts with the BSN lineup and Novadex XT.  I also think another factor of my success and gains in constant muscle confusion.  If you look at my worjout tracker you will see that i constantly change my routine.  I do different exercises with diffenrent weights.  Attack muscles with different angles.  Muscles never adjust this way.  Today is Feb 4 and my last pics were from Jan 20.  I will add new pics tomorrow.  They will be taken on a rest day and you will clearly see I have made some more serious progress. Tune into my profile tomorrow eve and see!  I am going to place in the Muscletech Body Transformation Challenge.  You all will see.
