Well just an update on what has been happening. Week of Jan. 28th I was ill then I had an unexpected surgery the 11th of Feb. and have been told I have to wait 2 weeks before I can do anything and when I go back to take it easy. So I am driving myself insane wanting to go to the gym. But I am sure I will drop all of the water weight I have put on from surgery and get right back in the swing of things. I just have to remind my self to go slow. Hopefully there wont be anymore surgeries for awhile we will see. So the week of Feb 25th will be my first week back in the saddle.

Well I have been working out just to busy to log my workout here lately. I will though. I did miss Thrus and Friday and today due to me being sick with a cold but finally over it so tomorrow will be back at it. Take care and I should be able to update workouts soon.

Well diet was the same for yesterday as it was on Wed. Today its different running low on my meals thank goodness its friday and I willl be able to cook some more this weekend. I am tighting up quite nicely I must say. My back is always the first to lean out and I can see the top abs shining through…..I am amazed though how well I am maintaining my weight but dropping bF% whoohooo!!!

So I get on the scale this morning kind of happy though. I am not loosing weight but I look leaner than I did a month ag. so I am gaining some lean body mass. My shoulders are starting to get more defined and my veins are starting to come to the surface on my arms, legs and chest. I am so excited to see the number and see that I look leaner without loosing weight which means I am retaining muscle quite well. I may start to loose some since I am really watching the food intake now so we will see. This weekend I plan on getting some pics up so keep the eyes pealed, hopefully I will see a difference in the pictures. I will be taking measurements this weekend also since the ones I have posted are old. Stay tuned.

I have been way to busy to catch up with the workout tracker. I will have to sit down and update the last 2-1/2 weeks. Its been going good and about time to switch to the other half of my routine. Seeing some great progress in muscles and heavier weights.

Well missed my leg workout this morning due to having major dental work in my mouth yesterday. I did get up and get ready but then the pain kicked in and I said to my self no no I can wait till tomorrow. I had 10 crowns placed and gum surgery on top of that. I have posted my before and after picture. My porcelian crowns will be in couple weeks but you can already see a huge difference…..

Finally back from vacation in Central New York. Had major jet lag still this morning so I figure take today and tomorrow off. Hit the gym Friday and Sat. and maybe Sunday. Then start off next week hard and heavy. Diet was shot this last week due to being on vacation, well it was not that bad but could have been better. I will get back on track Friday morning no worries I probably could use the extra calories to build some more muscle. Progress pics are coming soon. Well back to the grind at work.
