Self-Esteam
Growing up i always had a lack of selfesteam i was always told i was fat……then when i developed an eating disorder i was told i was to skinny but still thought i was fat. Now i can look in the mirror, and be totally happy with what i see. And i want to help others do the same you are beautiful or handsome the way god made you!

My sister battled anorexia and bulemia her Senior year…she almost died (5′6", 89 lbs). She is blessed as she had three extremely healthy children, eventhough the doctors said that she couldn’t or if she did, they would have problems. Anyway, I understand what you went through to get control of that…God Bless you! I wish you nothing but the best in life and with all of your fitness goals! Keep kicking your a$$ in the gym!
