SO before you read the whole thing i would write next I just want your opinion if what I’m doing is working!
I’m 5′3 and I weight 130. I’m have no visible fat on my legs since i walked a lot but I have big boobs and belly fat.The first thing i notice when losing weight is my face is more defined.The weight I look my best at is 120 I hasn’t been any lighter in the past year.My goal is to weight 100 and have lean muscles I want to be defined.
Now i eat clean drink protein whey powder and drink lot of water and tea
Lift Weights 3 a week
Do cardio by running and jogging 3 times a week and pool once a week
This lifestyle is a big change but I want to say is there anything you woulg suggest for me to do more or less so I would reach my goal faster but would do any harm to my health?
Would I be able to lose 30pounds with my plan and gain muscle in 4 months or would it take less /more time?
P.S. I’m new to all this so I would like any advice you can give me.
P.S.S. It’s easy for me to get muscular on my legs or arms but I just want to have muscles on my stomach so is there anything I can do to be strong and have muscles in my arms and legs even more but not look THAT strong?
