so far i have few changes
i have lot more stresswich makes me unfocused but my bf helps a lot we both eat very healthy plus i got braces so i really can’t eat junk or drink sodas.
SO far so good but need to work on my running skills

Throwing up is something i might do 2 a year becouse i would smell something bad or eat something that i don’t like.Today i ate what i would eat 4 weeks ago.. a lot..heavy..Felt horrible my stomach didn’t let me lay down so i want to the bathroom no tmuch happend there..runned upstairs and after an activity like that ..vomited.FIRST ****in time in 9 months.WTF.
I used to be able to eat some SH*t and nothing.but as a healthier life style took in my body can’t take that crap anymore.

had 2 days of hardcore gym time and lost 3 pounds so then thought i can relax a little ended up relaxing for 3 days…Thankfully i can always go back on the road.
Haven’t posted anything for while and felt like something missing but really didn’t want to write how i mested up when my dad left the town and i invited friends over here and had some sort of food festival.
P.S. What makes u feel better then working out?

Its easier i lost 7 pounds. And gained lot’s of energy BUT
My boyfriend have an obvious problem we talked till i argued my butt off and proved him that weight lifting is a life long benefits .He knows it is but he is being selfish in my opinion afraid that someday i might kick his ass. Last thing was that he said " Do it just don’t talk to me about it and call it something like body shaping but i don’t gonna hear that my gf doing weight lifting or body building" It’s funny but upsetting at the same time.
Now he dont mention anything about my chubbiness and calls me beautifully and that he is amazed by my body that comes off really fake ,he used to criticize and be good about it since we knew each other for 6 years,.But now he is eh not as supporting next thing you know he will sign up for ballet for me so i would do something girly..
In my opinion weight lifting doesn’t add men appeal only strength,.

As you noticed my progress picture is me in my clothes , lately I had many letters that said that I look good already but just wanted to post a picture of me recently on the beach a week ago . I trust you guys so here ,me coming clean.
Somehow when this pic doesn’t make me angry or mad for my eating habits but it when i first got it i went right outside for 2 hour hike to Barnes and Nobles and picked out Oxygen!!

SO before you read the whole thing i would write next I just want your opinion if what I’m doing is working!
I’m 5′3 and I weight 130. I’m have no visible fat on my legs since i walked a lot but I have big boobs and belly fat.The first thing i notice when losing weight is my face is more defined.The weight I look my best at is 120 I hasn’t been any lighter in the past year.My goal is to weight 100 and have lean muscles I want to be defined.
Now i eat clean drink protein whey powder and drink lot of water and tea
Lift Weights 3 a week
Do cardio by running and jogging 3 times a week and pool once a week
This lifestyle is a big change but I want to say is there anything you woulg suggest for me to do more or less so I would reach my goal faster but would do any harm to my health?
Would I be able to lose 30pounds with my plan and gain muscle in 4 months or would it take less /more time?
P.S. I’m new to all this so I would like any advice you can give me.
P.S.S. It’s easy for me to get muscular on my legs or arms but I just want to have muscles on my stomach so is there anything I can do to be strong and have muscles in my arms and legs even more but not look THAT strong?

I got my first 100% whey protein from Publix took me 20 minutes to find non of the people who worked there managed to tell me where it is till I got to the Organic section.
It’s pretty strange I just opened it and it’s only half full are they that greedy?
Hmmm it might be a stupid question but why is there Cholesterol of 65mg there?

Recently ,Last week we had Testing for 4 hours so I brought meals to school. It’s very amusing to some people including me trying to eat pears or salad with cheese and walnuts in class when if people DO bring something to eat during classes it would probably be potato chips or candy.
Do you guys have any suggestions on a small meal that would look "Homy" that I can eat during class and not spill it on my notebook and notes?
P.S. I was thinking about protein bars but i heard that that could actually do more bad then good.
