Boot Camp lasted 6 weeks and so did I!
The Boot camp was great! It was grueling, hard, stressful, but worth it! I am also taking a cardio/strength training classes everyday. I’ve added Pilates, Zumba, The Core, and Fit & Fab. I really love Zumba, just don’t always feel totally coordinated! I’ve been riding my bike also!
