					<description>I really enjoyed this article!  And it is so true that when you understand how the muscles work and interconnect with the body it is much easier to visualize what you are working and how you should be working it.  

Brad - There are a couple of schools of thought on ab workouts.  Some people do tend to work them out more often than other body parts because they figure they aren't using heavy weights on them.  I agree with Ava though... They are a muscle and should be treated just as you would treat your other muscles in terms of working them out.  I usually work abs three times a week.  Twice on weight training days and once on a cardio only day.  There are other people who work them every day.  I do honestly believe that abs need recovery and rest days too. :-)</description>
