Thanks to everyone for their support.  Before the holiday cookie and wine attack of the last week I dropped to my lowest body weight since high school at 117 pounds.  Muscle.  Clean eating.  Not starving.  Looking forward to attacking the weights tomorrow.  Happy New Year!

I’ve been so wrapped up with all of the changes on my own website, and getting ready for Christmas, that I have not responded to a lot of messages here from my friends at bodybuilding.com.  I am still working hard on the physique and I’ve taken on a training partner.  We’re going to really hit our diet and gym routine even harder after Christmas when she returns.  So, I’ll be posting new pics and some updates then. 

In the meantime, I wish all of my good friends here a wonderful Christmas, a blessed and prosperous New Year and may all of your dreams come true!  Stick to your guns. Well folks, I’m still plugging away at it.  I think I need to up my protein a bit to get the muscle I need to get through the final phase of this body sculpt I’ve been at for many months in a row. Thanks to my home gym, this site and all of the great people who motivate me at www.mybodysite.com, I’m confident I’ll be where I want to be in a few more months.  Thanks for all of your comments.  They keep me going every day.  I hope mine do the same for you!
