Ah man I finally decided to start one of these things…I hope that it’s as big of a learning experience to whoever reads it as it will be to me typing it!
I’m feeling good today…tackling back so we shall see what happens. Just to go back to Monday, I had a good chest workout even though still I’m trying to get my strength back up from taking time off. I did manage to bench 230 for 5×5 which was pretty good…other than that nothing interesting on chest day. I’ll get back with updates from my back workout for today.
