Consistancy brings Inevitability

Put your left foot in front of your right foot then repeat. no matter whether they are baby steps or leaps and bounds you will get to your destination. It is inevitable. Just a question of when.

6 clean meals a day and you will lose bodyfat. It is impossible not to.

Keep adding weight to the bar as soon as you get strong enough to lift the previous weight whether it be 1 pound or 45 plate, guess what?

You will get stronger, not exactly rocket science.

You keep refueling and giving your muscles adequate rest you will add muscle.

Sure there are different methods of training whether it be high intensity, volume or something else, there are different methods of dieting whether it be 50/30/20 or any other breakdown of the macros but who cares?

Find what works for you, focus on the simple things and your goals become inevitable.

And as one of my friends says "Keep moving forwards and Enjoy your journey".

I agree with you completely. So many people want instant results. I have people ask me all the time how I lost my weight. I just tell them it is complete dedication. They see magazines where there are magic pills to help them. No magic pills here. Just dedication. It often happens in baby steps. I figured it had taken me 30 years to put it on, 2-3 years to take it off seemed fair. Great blog!

Sounds like VT to me! One day at a time following the prescribed will get you to your journey.

Perfect words here ryan..i always figured if it wasnt a quick change it wasnt worth it..but now i love the "baby steps" philosophy..as long as there is no stopping or backwards walking success will happen!!

I agree with you. I try to be consistent in food and exercise, but just cannot. I will try to be from now on. Thanks for reminding me.

LIttle steps lead to the big goal. Too often people want to jump to the finish and not do the hard work.
