					<description>Although I do have to admit Jeff that the squats is the bodyspace calculation of my one rep max. The most I have ever squatted is down at 165kg but for about 6 reps i think.</description>

					<description>Your effort inspires me.  If we were to race, I'd race you with every ounce and fiber of my body, but ultimately my biggest competition is with myself.  It's my bad habbits I have to break.  It's my fears I have to challenge.  It's my goals I'm trying to reach.  I hope to keep moving forwards and enjoy the journey.  I'm not afraid of some competition, I relish the challenge.   But ultimately I have to answer to myself, did I leave it all on the line.  Thanks, for the thought provoking blog.</description>
