Starting Back Again

I took a month off from the weights I was getting burned out. But now I am reddy to get started again. I reached my goal of a 300 pound bench. We will see if I can break it this go around. Starting cardio 3 to 5 times a week 30 to 40 mins max. I am eating right and feel good so here goes!

I worked out yesterday. The workout went really well I am working on a 315 bench I never would have dreamed of getting this far. Started adding more cardio everyday to cut some of this bulk so I will look like I workout not really wanting the powerlifers look but thats kinda what I been doing. Thanks to everybody on this site for the support it means alot.

I changed to a push and pull thing just for a change. benching 245 for 6 to 8 reps and doing dips with 25 pounds straped on feels good to have come so far.

Good Workout Today

I had a good workout today. I changed from a push and pull routine to a arms and legs one day then the next chest, back , shoulders, and abs. I think it will be good for a while. Trying to get some more cardio in to cut some more fat. I should have some new progress pic soon. If anyone know anything about fasting I would like to hear it I read some on it I don’t know if ill try it.

My First Work Out Power Rack

Well I did my first work out on power rack. Me and a friend of mine put it together today. Then I did some dips on it and pull ups it went pretty good. But, I tryed 285lb it was not happening today the safety bars saved me. I should have bought one of these long ago. I think everyone working alone at times needs one.
