Good Workout Today

I had a good workout today. I changed from a push and pull routine to a arms and legs one day then the next chest, back , shoulders, and abs. I think it will be good for a while. Trying to get some more cardio in to cut some more fat. I should have some new progress pic soon. If anyone know anything about fasting I would like to hear it I read some on it I don’t know if ill try it.

My First Work Out Power Rack

Well I did my first work out on power rack. Me and a friend of mine put it together today. Then I did some dips on it and pull ups it went pretty good. But, I tryed 285lb it was not happening today the safety bars saved me. I should have bought one of these long ago. I think everyone working alone at times needs one.

Sore Again Feels Good!

Yeap I am sore from my workout yesterday prolly because I got sick and did not work out for a few days. But I am back now. Also I just bought my A power rack from New York Barbells. I have never worked on one. However I feel I need one for spotting. I will be glad when it gets here. I have not got a bench for it. If anyone has any advice on the power rack are a good bench drop me a line thanks.

My First Power Rack

I just bought me a power rack from NewYorkBarbells I been wanting one for a while. My lifts are a bit much for my wife to spot me on lol Not that she would not try of course. I hope it will help me I think ill feel better knowing that 300 pounds will not be crushing me when I try It. I hope to get some better results than i’m getting on my calf and squat machine.

After going all out on my pushing day. I did 4 sets of dips and made my in between my pecs sore as he**. Now I am reddy to get back at it again. I am doing a lot of cardio trying to burn off the fat. Monday Ill start my pulling and legs.
