Starting Over Workout #3

Abs and Upper Body

I was planning on doing Abs and Cardio today, but after the abs work, I just felt like hitting the upper body instead.  It was a fairly good workout.  Nothing terribly exciting, but it felt good to get in there and blast it a little bit.

    Cool. The workout doesn’t have to be terribly exciting for you to walk out saying "mission accomplished". Maybe a little cardio over the weekend?

    NICE. Always feels good to grab ahold of the iron. I would have done that instead of cardio myself. Heck just about anything instead of cardio. lol

    Unless we’re talking about moving sh!t. I’m not so fond of that.
