Starting Over Workout #2

Legs

So yesterday I just took a 3-mile walk.  It felt really good.  Today I hit the legs.  Not super-hard or anything, but it was a good workout.

Last night I bashed the bejeezus out of my pinky toe getting out of the shower.  I suspect I broke it.  It doesn’t particularly hurt that bad, but it looks horrible.  I did something similar to another toe several years back, and later found out I had broken it.  Apparently there’s not much to be done about a broken toe.  Just let it heal and deal with it.  I’m a moron.  It didn’t really interfere with my workout, so I guess I can’t complain too much.

My back is feeling quite a bit better today, even after a leg workout.  Phew.  Glad that’s over with.

What else can go wrong SG? Wait, forget I asked. Good thing it was your little toe. I busted my big toe once, and it had me on crutches. Painful is an understatement. I can understand how big behemoth football players can get sidelined by Turf Toe.

my mate broke his toe a couple of weeks ago. he said it hurt like a sod! so maybe yours aint broke, or my mate is a wimp!!

Your back must have been a minor strain. Good.

I don’t know how many times I’ve smashed my big toes, little toes.

The toe didn’t interfere with your 3 mile walk? I guess you don’t put any wait on it with a normal walking stride. Heal quick!

I messed up the toe AFTER the walk ;)

OUCH!! I know my daughter broke her pinky toe in college and had to get a "pre game" shot in it just to play bball. Seems like it took forever to heal and the slightest bump would put her in agony.
Nice job on the walk and legs.
