					<description>It seems like you're giving yourself the option to not be motivated... keep your gym bag in your car and try to get to gym right after work (if you can).  I found that going home first drains the energy and its harder to drag your body off to gym especially if you've had a hard day.

Take a moment to assess your goals again and then look at your plan (keep it practical) to get there.  And remember whatever you practice is what you'll get good at. :)</description>

TBH, I don't count calories, and I just eat smart, which sounds like what you're doing.  I would add BCAA's to your supplement stack for recovery (I use Scivation Xtend).  Not entirely necessary, but it does help to get those aminos back in the body asap.  These are minor suggestions, you're doin great dude!</description>
