the differance a picture can make
By looking in the mirror i cant tell that i lost alot of the fat around my mid section. Its like your mind gets used to seeing yourself everyday that its hard to notice any change. When i look at my starting pic and then look at todays pic, there is a major difference. This keeps me very motivated and if you have not done progress pics i would advise you do. You can see things change that you can’t see from looking down at your body or in a mirror. This month is Ab’s month! i expect alot of change but i dont want to let myself down so i try and keep the excitment to a low roar. 300 sit-ups a day, diffrent types, 4-5 days a week. i can handle this better than last months 1,000 kick’s.
