Bringing the Heat!
All my life i hated hot food, i stayed away from all peppers, onions and hot sauces unless they were cooked. But after reading how peppers can help raise your metabolism from the heat and other health benefits; I decided to just do it and quit being a baby about it. So I galloped down to the store and got some Hot Cherry peppers, Hot Jalapeno peppers, a Hot mix of Cauliflower, carrots, celery, red bell peppers, pickles and jalapeno peppers, and some Hot habanero peppers. I was too excited to eat the things i hated so much while shoving jalapeno’s, cherry peppers onto my turkey sandwich. I tossed some of the mixed hot veggies on my plate and destroyed all of it with a smile on my face and a little bit of sweat on my face. I was happy but i had not yet devored the habanero. I knew it was going to be an extremely pungent small pepper. What the hell i said and cut one in half and chomped on it….. There was the sweat i was looking for. I think ill stick to using this one in my cooking.
