Food From today
I figured i would try DeterminedDeana’s Ground turkey meatloaf. I have never had ground turkey and sounded like a good idea since it was very lean. Problem is i only got 1lb of the ground turkey, it looked so small i decided to make something else. Little did i realize that her Ground Turkey Meatloaf calls for 1lb of the ground turkey…. ughh well guess ill make it later this week.
- 6:30am 1 1/2 egg whites, 1/2 boiled egg w/ 1/2 its yoke, Bagel lightly covered w/ sugar free jelly.
- 9:00am (missed meal because of martial arts 9:30am-11:30am) 25g protein drink after workout.
- 12:00 Turkey and swiss, Tomato, Lettuce, black olives, pickles, pepper, olive oil on multigrain bread about 3 inches long.
- 3:00pm Turkey, Fish and Tomato on Whole Wheat bread. Dry
- 6:00pm Ground Turkey, 1 Whole wheat fajita(small size), Red Green and Orange Bell peppers, tomato’s and slice of swiss cheese.
#5 was just one fajita, I really hope i didnt overdo what i ate today. I have this urge to do sit-ups and some reverse chin ups but i wont eat again tonight because i try and go to sleep at 9:30-10pm. Let me know if you have any ideas for food that would work good with weight loss.
