Make sure you read what's in it. My mother got on NutriSystem and it ended up really weakening her bones and even tendons, to the point where she tripped and damaged the tendon in the top of her foot (from the ankle to foot). She doesn't work out or anything, so I'd had for something to happen to you while at the gym cuz of that stuff. Yes it can &amp;amp;#34;make you smaller, and lighter&amp;amp;#34; but not healthier. I'm not saying this is a big NO-NO, but be very careful, I personally don't eat it.</description>
