The Agony

Oi, So i ran out of Hydroxycut Hardcore and today was my first day off it.  Iv drank lots of water but my head is killing me.  Major headache off and on and extremely tired.  Im guessing its a withdrawl from the caffine, I dont drink coffee so i guess im outa luck.  I hear green tea can help but its not my lucky day considering im broke as can be and dont get paid till friday.  I hope that Lipo6x shows up in the mail tomarow.

5th meal concerns worry me

Im a bit worried about my 5th meal when i work out i have to move it from 6pm to about 8- 8:30pm because of martial arts. I do take a protein shake when i get home right afterwards.  But i try to go to sleep at 9:30-10pm so i can wake up at 6am for work.  Im wondering if i could just take the protein drink after the workout and not eat since ill be going to sleep around an hour and half later, maybe take two scoops instead of one.  If anyone reads this please give a comment.

Bringing the Heat!

All my life i hated hot food, i stayed away from all peppers, onions and hot sauces unless they were cooked.  But after reading how peppers can help raise your metabolism from the heat and other health benefits; I decided to just do it and quit being a baby about it.  So I galloped down to the store and got some Hot Cherry peppers, Hot Jalapeno peppers, a Hot mix of Cauliflower, carrots, celery, red bell peppers, pickles and jalapeno peppers, and some Hot habanero peppers.  I was too excited to eat the things i hated so much while shoving jalapeno’s, cherry peppers onto my turkey sandwich.  I tossed some of the mixed hot veggies on my plate and destroyed all of it with a smile on my face and a little bit of sweat on my face.  I was happy but i had not yet devored the habanero.  I knew it was going to be an extremely pungent small pepper.  What the hell i said and cut one in half and chomped on it…..   There was the sweat i was looking for.  I think ill stick to using this one in my cooking.

Hydroxycut Hardcore to Lipo 6x

     I have 2 days left of the 120 capsules container from Hydroxycut Hardcore.  I followed everything it said and when i started i had changed my diet and sleeping habits and had a major impact on my weight.  I believe it was mostly from stoping drinking and watching what i ate.  But now that im about out i figured i would move onto another one Lipo 6x, 120 capsules container.  I just ordered it through bodybuilding.com and it was a better price with shipping than it would have been driving down to GNC 6 blocks down the road and buying it.  Im still taking suggestions on what to try after lipo 6x because i have a ways to go and it will probley only last a month from that size bottle. And i suppose i take a week break from these kinds of supplements im not sure if i should jump right into the lipo 6x when it gets here (2-3 day shipping) 2 days left of hydroxycut hardcore, or if i should take a couple days rest then get on it.

I figured i would try DeterminedDeana’s Ground turkey meatloaf.  I have never had ground turkey and sounded like a good idea since it was very lean.  Problem is i only got 1lb of the ground turkey, it looked so small i decided to make something else. Little did i realize that her Ground Turkey Meatloaf calls for 1lb of the ground turkey…. ughh well guess ill make it later this week.

  1. 6:30am 1 1/2 egg whites, 1/2 boiled egg w/ 1/2 its yoke, Bagel lightly covered w/ sugar free jelly.
  2. 9:00am (missed meal because of martial arts 9:30am-11:30am) 25g protein drink after workout.
  3. 12:00    Turkey and swiss, Tomato, Lettuce, black olives, pickles, pepper, olive oil on multigrain bread about 3 inches long.
  4. 3:00pm Turkey, Fish and Tomato on Whole Wheat bread.  Dry
  5. 6:00pm Ground Turkey, 1 Whole wheat fajita(small size), Red Green and Orange Bell peppers, tomato’s and slice of swiss cheese.

#5 was just one fajita, I really hope i didnt overdo what i ate today.  I have this urge to do sit-ups and some reverse chin ups but i wont eat again tonight because i try and go to sleep at 9:30-10pm.  Let me know if you have any ideas for food that would work good with weight loss.

What i ate today

This is what i had to eat today

  1. 6:45am:   1 Whole egg and one egg white scrambled, top half of beagle w/ sugar free grape jelly, multivitamin.
  2. 10:00am: Snack from nutrisystem (item says its a lunch item but its as small as my fist)
  3. 12:00pm: Shrimp and Chicken w/ cucumbers and carrots on pasta, Multivitamin
  4. 3:00pm:   Snack from nutrisystem (item says its a lunch item but its as small as my fist) some almonds maybe 5 or 6
  5. 6:00pm:  1 Can of Tuna w/ 1 egg white, spicy musterd and a glass of v8 fusion.

I took Hydroxycut Hardcore at 6am, then at 11am.  I also drank about 90oz of water through out the day and still drinking some water.  on breakfast i usually have a 1/3 a cup of high fiber cereal or 1/3 a cup of oatmeal with blueberrys and maybe a boiled egg. no work out today.  Let me know if this sounds like a horriable day of eating please

Nutrisystem

I have a friend that was trying the Nutrisystem Silver plan.  They gave up at the end of day 1 because the food tasted so disgusting.  He gave me the whole box of the stuff.  I told him to keep all the deserts cause i wanted nothing to do with the cookies.  Almost all the food in this thing is extremely unpleasant, although some are okay and i found 1 or 2 types to be good. 

Im going to eat all of it though.  Sometimes when i dont know what to eat cause im tired of tuna, i’ll eat one of the nutrisystem items. iv spent the last two days just eating this stuff and some fruits.  Yea it taste bad but theres alot of protein in this stuff and i could care less what anything taste like anymore.  I have a goal and even if i dont reach it by the time set, who cares because im going to reach it anyways, with or with out a time limit.

Vitamin B6 & C

     I read today in the book "Nutrition for Dummies" that taking continued use of 50mg of B6 or more a day may damage nerves in arms, legs, hands, and feet.  Some experts say the damage is likely to be temporary; others say that it may be permanent.  So iv decided to stop taking my GNC Mega Men Sport Multivitamin everyday and take it ever other day, Simply because it gives me 50mg of Vit B6.  B6 is also in Breads, cereals, grains, like oatmeal/instant/fortified.  Fruits like banana/raw. Prunes/dried/cooked.  Vegetables Plantain/boiled.  Meat,poultry,fish   Chicken/roasted/no skin.  Lamb(lean only).  Liver(beef).  If im eating this stuff then theres no need for me to add to the 50mg of b6 everyday.  Ill go for every other day.

     Im cutting out the 1,000mg of vit C i take everyday and sticking with the 300mg i get out of the multivitamin.  Large amounts of vitamin C cause kidney stones in some people or can upset your stomach.  And if you take megadoses for awhile and then quit, you can end up with rebound scurvy, a temporary deficiency.

     Here’s what happens: Your body normally produces an enzyme that breaks down vitamin C so that you can eliminate any excess through urinating.  When you take larger and larger doses of vitamin C, your body makes more and more of this enzyme.  If you suddenly cut back on your vitamin C, your body continues to produce extra enzymes for a while so that you continue to urinate away lots of vitamin C, maybe more than you take in.  This reaction, which ends as soon as enzyme production drops back to normal, can cause deficiency in newborns whose mothers took very large doses of vitamin C while pregnant.  The kids are born requiring higher than normal doses for a while. Eventually, they too slip back to normal.

     Although im not pregnant and never plan to be since im a man, im still going to stop taking the 1,300 mg everyday and stick with 300mg every other day from the multivitamin.  If anyone actually reads this let me know what you think, if im over reacting or what.  Im just learning this stuff so i really dont know if im mixing the wrong stuff sometimes.

     Mainly im scared of the B6 i was getting 50mg from multivitamin, 25mg from N.o.xplode

Anger

     Some kids egged my house last night.  It’s nothing serious just made me a bit angry, why? i dont know probley cause i got to clean it off.  It made me want to pig out on some food or have a drink.  Since im trying not to do those things it made me upset even more about something so stupid.  Then i realize how im riding the edge of staying on the right track with my eating habits.  I dont want anger to get the best of me and destroy what im trying so hard to work on. 

     Which made me think of something. I noticed there was a question in the body thing about cheat food.  I have no cheat food, and no idea what cheat food is.  Im affraid because i have nothing like this then i might end up falling off track sometime or another and falling hard.  Because im still not eating everything i should and its about the same thing every week,  boiled eggs, Tuna, High fiber ceral with 2% milk, turkey and swiss sandwich, fish and brown rice, and sometimes a salad with olive oil/chicken. little bit of pasta sometimes w/ brocolii.  Im worried that im just going to end up making myself sick from eating too much of the same thing all the time.  Anyways this seems to be my problem today. Tommarow should be better since i get to let out all my frustration out on the bag in class.
