Angry with myself

So alot of time has passed and i went from doing great, to having a break, to doing nothing, straight into depression.  The past 4 months iv stoped going to martial arts, stoped eating right and became very depressed because of the people i work with.  I let it all get to me way too much, i was about to quit my job and say screw everything in life.  I started bindge drinking so much that i should be dead and it drug me down even farther to the point that it wasnt them anymore, it was me keeping myself down.  Now im angry at myself, time to get this truck back in gear and stop letting other people control my happyness.

ARGGHHH very frusterated with myself, the last 3 weeks iv gone from extreme to ill go tomarow and from eating right to, i dont have any grocerys and a taco wont hurt me as long as its just today.  Im starting to get back into old habbits, Drinking a Monster Energy drink, spending more time playing games than doing my martial arts. im getting depressed with myself, ill make it half way through the day motivated and ready to go and then somewhere ill mess up and then end up not going to the gym.  I dont want to lose my motivation but it seems to hapen after work everyday now.

Destroying the Perpetrator

Im not going down with out a fight, i may be sick but im not out.

My Current Stack for this fight is as follows:

  • Zicam Cold Remedy Gel Swabs (20)
  • Puffs plus lotion Vicks Tissues (4 boxes of 96, 2-ply tissues, 8.4in x 8.2in)
  • 1000mg Vit C tablets
  • 122oz of H20
  • Adams Maximum Strength Mucinex D 1200mg guaifenesin/120mg pseudoephedrine HCI extended-release bi-layer tablet
  • DayQuil Cold & Flu Relief Liquid (non-drowsy)
  • Opti-Men Multi
  • Naps AKA sleeping
  • Fish Oil caps

I am on day 3 of this fight, yet i did not start this stack until day 3, other than the multi and fish oil the others were not accounted for until now.  I will not let this sickness control the outcome of my work (although i got sick leave today) ;)

The strugle will continue but no illness will be permited to stay confined with-in these fleshy walls of my so called body!

I think i am doing good. But am i really?  I depend confidently on you, the reader, BB.com forums and some of the books i read.  Iv found myself not following a certain type of "diet" or cut program, but putting things together so im sure i may be short on some things.  The things i watch for in what i eat is to get foods with 0 Sat fat and 0 Trans, of course I end up with at most 2g Sat fat in some things.  I make sure i get the Good fats like in nuts.  2nd thing i watch for is Sugar, same deal i go for the stuff with 0 sugar.  but some stuff ends up with up to 2g sugar in it. thats it. i dont count calories, and i dont watch carbs.

Foods:

I eat alot of Lean ground turkey, chicken, fish, tuna, almonds/cashews(no salt), peppers/onions, spinach, green beans, bruscell sprouts, tomattos, oatmeal, fiber ceral, egg whites with 1 whole egg, skim milk, no fat cheese, whole wheat bread/fajitas.

Seasonings:

Mustard, Cajiun seasoning, italian seasoning, fresh ground pepper, olive oil.

Drinks:

120 oz water a day

Main Supplements:

Opti-men multivitamin, Fish Oil, Protein mix.

5-6 meals a day, workout 5 days a week.

So am i doing okay? All i know is im doing and reflecting what i learn from you all, everyone goes in diffrent directions.  Iv lost alot of fat but in a couple months im going to have to change something to build back upon the foundation im trying to set up.  And im not really sure how to do that yet, but im confident that with bb.com i will learn quickly.

the differance a picture can make

By looking in the mirror i cant tell that i lost alot of the fat around my mid section. Its like your mind gets used to seeing yourself everyday that its hard to notice any change.  When i look at my starting pic and then look at todays pic, there is a major difference.  This keeps me very motivated and if you have not done progress pics i would advise you do.  You can see things change that you can’t see from looking down at your body or in a mirror.  This month is Ab’s month! i expect alot of change but i dont want to let myself down so i try and keep the excitment to a low roar. 300 sit-ups a day, diffrent types, 4-5 days a week.  i can handle this better than last months 1,000 kick’s.

The Agony

Oi, So i ran out of Hydroxycut Hardcore and today was my first day off it.  Iv drank lots of water but my head is killing me.  Major headache off and on and extremely tired.  Im guessing its a withdrawl from the caffine, I dont drink coffee so i guess im outa luck.  I hear green tea can help but its not my lucky day considering im broke as can be and dont get paid till friday.  I hope that Lipo6x shows up in the mail tomarow.

5th meal concerns worry me

Im a bit worried about my 5th meal when i work out i have to move it from 6pm to about 8- 8:30pm because of martial arts. I do take a protein shake when i get home right afterwards.  But i try to go to sleep at 9:30-10pm so i can wake up at 6am for work.  Im wondering if i could just take the protein drink after the workout and not eat since ill be going to sleep around an hour and half later, maybe take two scoops instead of one.  If anyone reads this please give a comment.

Bringing the Heat!

All my life i hated hot food, i stayed away from all peppers, onions and hot sauces unless they were cooked.  But after reading how peppers can help raise your metabolism from the heat and other health benefits; I decided to just do it and quit being a baby about it.  So I galloped down to the store and got some Hot Cherry peppers, Hot Jalapeno peppers, a Hot mix of Cauliflower, carrots, celery, red bell peppers, pickles and jalapeno peppers, and some Hot habanero peppers.  I was too excited to eat the things i hated so much while shoving jalapeno’s, cherry peppers onto my turkey sandwich.  I tossed some of the mixed hot veggies on my plate and destroyed all of it with a smile on my face and a little bit of sweat on my face.  I was happy but i had not yet devored the habanero.  I knew it was going to be an extremely pungent small pepper.  What the hell i said and cut one in half and chomped on it…..   There was the sweat i was looking for.  I think ill stick to using this one in my cooking.

Hydroxycut Hardcore to Lipo 6x

     I have 2 days left of the 120 capsules container from Hydroxycut Hardcore.  I followed everything it said and when i started i had changed my diet and sleeping habits and had a major impact on my weight.  I believe it was mostly from stoping drinking and watching what i ate.  But now that im about out i figured i would move onto another one Lipo 6x, 120 capsules container.  I just ordered it through bodybuilding.com and it was a better price with shipping than it would have been driving down to GNC 6 blocks down the road and buying it.  Im still taking suggestions on what to try after lipo 6x because i have a ways to go and it will probley only last a month from that size bottle. And i suppose i take a week break from these kinds of supplements im not sure if i should jump right into the lipo 6x when it gets here (2-3 day shipping) 2 days left of hydroxycut hardcore, or if i should take a couple days rest then get on it.

Food From today

I figured i would try DeterminedDeana’s Ground turkey meatloaf.  I have never had ground turkey and sounded like a good idea since it was very lean.  Problem is i only got 1lb of the ground turkey, it looked so small i decided to make something else. Little did i realize that her Ground Turkey Meatloaf calls for 1lb of the ground turkey…. ughh well guess ill make it later this week.

  1. 6:30am 1 1/2 egg whites, 1/2 boiled egg w/ 1/2 its yoke, Bagel lightly covered w/ sugar free jelly.
  2. 9:00am (missed meal because of martial arts 9:30am-11:30am) 25g protein drink after workout.
  3. 12:00    Turkey and swiss, Tomato, Lettuce, black olives, pickles, pepper, olive oil on multigrain bread about 3 inches long.
  4. 3:00pm Turkey, Fish and Tomato on Whole Wheat bread.  Dry
  5. 6:00pm Ground Turkey, 1 Whole wheat fajita(small size), Red Green and Orange Bell peppers, tomato’s and slice of swiss cheese.

#5 was just one fajita, I really hope i didnt overdo what i ate today.  I have this urge to do sit-ups and some reverse chin ups but i wont eat again tonight because i try and go to sleep at 9:30-10pm.  Let me know if you have any ideas for food that would work good with weight loss.
