					<description>When I was working with a trainer I had to make sure not to miss our sessions so I would put a quick entry into my calendar.  Workout #3, 9pm.  I just got into the habit of doing that and never stopped.</description>

I am just now kind of getting to the looking in the mirror part and thinking, &amp;amp;#34;Hey, this sh*t really works!&amp;amp;#34;  And that's an AWESOME avi you've got up right now... man, look at those pecs, delts and arms!!  No question that you've been working hard and have 300 workouts to your credit!!  Major props, guy.</description>
