Good Grief, Is There Anything More Motivating Than Progress Pics?

It’s been said over and over on here but you have GOT to take progress pictures.  I am so thankful I took pictures of myself when I started off.  When you see yourself in the mirror day after day it’s hard to gauge changes over a longer period of time (at least it is for me).  I was very surprised by this comparison that I just did.  I can’t believe how I look in the left pic.  I look skinny-fat!  Seeing proof of hard work paying off is so rewarding and makes me want to push for even more.

I know how you feel. I look back at some of the pics I took when I played football, and I think "what was I thinking back then".

Great job! You didn’t look bad in your before pic, though.

The pics are impressive dude and the advice is really important. I am always on people’s cases about taking regular progress pics. You gotta do them monthly and from the start. They are an amazing way to check reality: "Is what I see in the mirror and feel real?" Take a picture and find out.

Keep doing what you are doing Stress … great blog.

The lighting is different, but the change in your physique is obvious. Your chest has a light more depth and thickness to it than before. I’m aiming for your level of "impressiveness". :) Keep up the inspiring work, my friend!
