    Nice blog, the only 2 i disagree with you are on would have to be the legs, I love love love leg days. but yeah, I wish I would have started this craziness YEARS ago!! would have made everything easier, dontcha think?

    this reminds me of one of those forwards I would get in my email! LOL…"Just copy and paste the questions and erase the answers." LOL….I have to disagree with the legs too. I would have changed it to….Did you used to hate working legs: YES….Do you still hate working legs…HELL NO!! LOL And yes, I wish I would have started sooner but I wish I would have stayed more consistent than I did in the past.
