My beloved Coca-Cola
It always amuses me to no end the advice I read for fitness diets concerning soda. There always seems to be a common theme…
- “Once you stop drinking soda you won’t even miss it!”
- “Once you start drinking a lot of water instead if you try to drink soda it will taste too sweet and you won’t like it!”
I had a cheat day yesterday and had my first sip of a Coke in two weeks. The only thought that went through my mind was "DAYUM this is good!"

The other day we try the Mentos Diet-coke experiment. And I must say, it consume the limit ant reactor and the bubbles stopped. After that no one wanted to drink the Diet-Coke, so I chose to give it a zip, it tasted like a lie to me, diet coke.
Did not like it.
After yesterday’s run I can tell you water is much better.
Trust me on this one.

i was addicted to soda for 20 yrs, 4-6 liters a day. finally stopped 2 yrs ago , MY dentist stop of lose my teeth. im great today,
BUT love all kinds of energy drinks LOLOL
