Hump Day

September 5, 2007

Well the week is half over thanks to the holiday. Today was my 45th day of my cut and I am doing very good. I have lots of energy and the fat is melting off down about 12.5lbs. Today’s workout felt great I worked Back and Biceps. Here is today’s routine.

Rack Pulls / Shrugs    5×5     215
Lat Pulldowns Wide     10×3    140
Barbell Row            10×3    145
Barbell Curls          10×3    100
Pullups                3×10    Bodyweight
 

 

Back to work

September 4, 2007

Going back to work after a long holiday weekend sucks. Now I have to get 5 days worth of work done in 4 days. Oh well that’s why I get the big bucks.  Well I love my new workout I am glad I revised the routine. Today I did Shoulders and Legs. My shoulders are spent.

Off to a good start!

Well I got on the scale today and I was down 1 pound. I got up early and had a great workout. It’s a new routine for me and I love it so far. I blasted chest and triceps.

We got our asses handed to us!

Well I play basketball in a competitive league. I play on an individual’s team so were not all that great. Through a bunch of players together and hope they make a team. We played a pretty good team toady and they drove the lane very good. Our best shooter was out for the holiday so our offence was stagnant. I played like crap on offence but was a terror on the boards. It was probably my best rebounding so far. The squats are helping my vertical cant wait till I can dunk it again. We lost toady bad but it was still fun and good cardio for me. I am glad that tomorrow is a holiday.
