Saturdays WOD on a Monday!! lol

Hey all my hardcore friends!! First of all…hats off to bull.dogz who braved a crossfit style workout today!! WHOOOHOOOO!! YOU GO GIRL!!! Waiting to hear from Jill on how she did!! And Pixi…do you hate me yet?? lol

You all motivate me SO much to keep pushing harder!! Today was a beautiful and awesome day! I had the day off from work (last day off for the next 17 days straight! Yikes eh!) Diet has been BANG on for 2 days now!! And workouts are really going great!!

This morning my son and I walked the 10 blocks to the downtown of our little teeny city. And did some banking, then I went and got the door pass for the gym I’m going to use until I move!! They have ONE kettlebell…lmao And its 35lbs…yikes…so i’m going to try to order some for when I do workouts in the park.

After an hour of walking around my son and I went swimming at the pool! My hats off to Frogprincess….I havent gone swimming in forever and that is one hell of a workout!! My little man can swim the length of the pool…under water without coming up for air!! He is a frogman!! lol

I biked down to the gym for my workout of the day (WOD) and did…for time:

45 double unders

45 - 55lb Squat Cleans (TOTALLY scratched the top of my knee off on one BAD rep)

45 Dips

45 double unders

For a time of 12 minutes 55 seconds!!

Then I did two rounds of:

15 GHD situps

15 Hanging knee raises

30 second plank holds!

Then I biked the 10 minutes home!!

I’m loving the energy that I’m finally having and I think i’ve come completely out of my funk!! Btw…you all should check out litlebit…….she is SUCH an incredible inspiration and a beautiful woman inside and out!! Her words of wisdom to me a week ago were exactly what I needed after 2 really hard and down months!!

Of course…all of your support was WONDERFUL too!! BIG CYBER HUGS everyone!!

    Awesome girllll!! So glad you are back in the groove and sharing it with us!! I see you put it right out there that your waiting for me to do that workout….now I HAVE to do it,lol. Need that push…I will wait that two hours as you suggested, so I won’t "blow chunks" LOL
    Happy Canada Day!! The sun is finally shining here, so I am very happy!

    LMAO, oh my gosh, it hurt SO much to laugh (today it’s better and I can laugh like a hyena again ;) ), but what was hilarious was that it also hurt to do some…eh… domestic cardio! We had to tone it down because the jarring hurt so bad LOL

    This weekend - I am DETERMINED to complete all 50 burpees with the push-ups!! And ooh, cool new workout - uh, what’s a double under? ;)

    I’m so incredibly glad that your funk is going away and that you’re coming back stronger and brighter than ever! You are very, very loved chickie!!

    Wow, those Crossfit workouts look intense! No doubt they get you in good shape in no time! I want to try the one you did a few days ago, with the burpees, but will have to figure out when I can fit that in with my other workouts… Anywho, what part of Texas are you moving to? Any particular reason Texas??? Just curious! Hope you are well and kicking a** in all of your workouts (and in life, too!). Cyberhug!

    Pixie…roflmao! Ummm…sorry about the ummm…domestic cardio needing to be toned down! roflmao. BUT HEY…sounds like you probably just had to be creative!! And that’s the BEST way to do domestic cardio…roflmao

    Wendy ~ sweet hardcore girl! I’m moving to Texas to be near my baby brother!! And because after two trips to Texas last year I totally fell in love with the energy there! I also have two very good friends there and another friend who is deployed right now…but will be back there eventually. So for me…there is a LOT more of support network than I have here!

    Litlebit!! I cant wait to hear from you!! I adore and admire you so much!! Keep rockin lady!!

    JJanet…girl you can do this!! Try the workout!! I know your more hardcore than you give yourself credit for!!
