Had a good feeling after my workout, then headed off to work (we have a shower in my office) .. so I shower here at work &amp; then ate my breakfast.. I am still feeling good &amp; I am more productive at work on the mornings I get to the gym. Tonight is legs night&#8230;</p>
<p>Daylight savings kinda sucks in winter.. I leave my house at dark &amp; come home at dark&#8230;.</p>
