This site is suppose to be about health & fitness & to help motivate others to reach thier goals. However, this is becoming more like a hater site. I am sorry I dont have a ripped body. As a result I get so much hate emails telling me to leave the site. Well I am almost there. I dont need to be made fun of or laughed at. It just pisses me off & I dont need it…

Here is the deal folks, as the title suggests I am looking for a GOOD fatburner. I have tried Lipo-6 & Hydroxycut Hardcore. Neither of them worked for me & The Lipo-6 actually made me hungry all the time. I have read so many brands & they all say "most complete" or "most effective"…. something is a miss since they all say that……So I am looking for recommendations & insite….
Please Help & all help is greatly appreciated.

I woke up at 4:30 am & headed to the gym I started about 5am & did 30 minutes of cardio, with the last 10 minutes HIIT on the eliptical machine. then worked out my abs.. Had a good feeling after my workout, then headed off to work (we have a shower in my office) .. so I shower here at work & then ate my breakfast.. I am still feeling good & I am more productive at work on the mornings I get to the gym. Tonight is legs night…
Daylight savings kinda sucks in winter.. I leave my house at dark & come home at dark….

Well its a little past 7pm here is the show-me-state (Missouri). I am done my Monday training (shoulders and cardio). Right now they are sore, which is a good feeling. I had some great pumps in my training tonight. I am all relaxed & ready to watch a little Monday Night Football. Heck I even have my meals laid out for tomorrow & I just finished writing out my monthy bills for November. I am on a roll… THANK GOD MONDAY IS OVER…

I cant stand the taste of milk. I also cant stand the protein powder mixed in water, they are too chauky..
