			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have made a few small changes that I feel are giving me a big impact. I joined shapes gym (women only for those who dont know). I have stopped going to McDonalds &quot;EVERYDAY&quot; for sweet tea and sometimes food. I dont eat out at lunch time either instead I goto the gym. I do about 20 to 30 minutes of cardio. I feel so much better and I save about $5.00 to $8.00 a day. I am so focused on this. I have a few co-workers on me about what I&#8217;m having for lunch and what I ate for breakfast and if I&#8217;m going to the gym at lunch. I love the feeling of sore arms. I don&#8217;t exactly feel that way on leg days (lol). I havent posted anything in a while so this was positive so I decided to post. I dont like to go on and on about why I havent or couldnt do something.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Its been a while since I have blogged. I am so thankful the holidays are over. I don&#8217;t consider New Years part of the holidays, lately its been a new beginning. Last year some things changed for me. This year I had a doctors appt that went well but since last year I gained 8lbs so all of the scales I&#8217;ve weighed on have been incorrect and the scale at the Dr&#8217;s office said &quot;242lbs&quot;. Wow, and if I keep doing the things I have been doing (being lazy) it will be another 8lbs this year which will be a whopping &quot;250lbs&quot;. So damn unhealthy. I believe I have just gotten comfortable with my weight and let it get out of control. I have to make some serious changes. Wish me luck. I&#8217;m not waiting til &quot;New Years&quot; for a resolution, but today I&#8217;m making changes. Making changes are so easy and I have done that before but sticking to the changes I have made is the problem. So I have my work cut out for me! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have gotten to the point to I come home and cook for the kids and in bed by 9:30-10:00pm. No exercise, no nothing. I swear this sh*t is so annoying. I&#8217;m fed up. I do not want to post this in my graph of weight loss/gain, but I need to. This really bites. I have a treadmill, Tae bo, slim in 6, and turbo jam. I don&#8217;t get it. I know they don&#8217;t work if I don&#8217;t use them. I&#8217;m so mad at me. I think what may have been the problem is two scales I have at home - both read 226 and I weighed on a different type of scale and it was 236. <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve got intentions on going to the gym at least 4 times this week. And I am going to do Tae Bo a couple times this week also. I hate cardio but I know its important. I want a smaller abdomin, (thats what I&#8217;ll call it now, When it ever happens then it will be ABS. For now its abdomin.:( In time I know! ) Anyway I know cardio is so important to achieve my goals. I have to add something fun to actually complete it. I think Tae Bo is fun. I haven&#8217;t done any because I have been so lazy. I just started getting used to sleeping alone - love it - but dang I just want to lay there. I&#8217;ve the WHOLE bed to myself. It gets lonely but its all good. It is what it is. Things change and so do people - need I say more? WHATEVER its abs ABS abs ABS abs ABS abs ABs abs ABS abs ABS abs ABS abs ABS abs ABS abs!
