Small Changes
I have made a few small changes that I feel are giving me a big impact. I joined shapes gym (women only for those who dont know). I have stopped going to McDonalds "EVERYDAY" for sweet tea and sometimes food. I dont eat out at lunch time either instead I goto the gym. I do about 20 to 30 minutes of cardio. I feel so much better and I save about $5.00 to $8.00 a day. I am so focused on this. I haveĀ a few co-workers on me about what I’m having for lunch and what I ate for breakfast and if I’m going to the gym at lunch. I love the feeling of sore arms. I don’t exactly feel that way on leg days (lol). I havent posted anything in a while so this was positive so I decided to post. I dont like to go on and on about why I havent or couldnt do something.

Sounds like you are doing great. I have noticed a big difference in the pocket from not eating fast food, that is always a bonus. I am working on the gym everyday. So congrats on the hard work.

Looks like you are doing good so far. It’s going to be a process but worth it in the end. Good luck!
