Weight is a mutha……..
I dont understand. I don’t feel as if I have done anything different. I have GAINED 10lbs What the ***k? I haven’t been drinking water. I know that hasn’t helped. I have been relaxing alot lately. Should change that to been lazy lately. I am not a lazy person. I have gotten to the point to I come home and cook for the kids and in bed by 9:30-10:00pm. No exercise, no nothing. I swear this sh*t is so annoying. I’m fed up. I do not want to post this in my graph of weight loss/gain, but I need to. This really bites. I have a treadmill, Tae bo, slim in 6, and turbo jam. I don’t get it. I know they don’t work if I don’t use them. I’m so mad at me. I think what may have been the problem is two scales I have at home - both read 226 and I weighed on a different type of scale and it was 236.

Make sure you weigh yourself at the same time of day on the same scale so you can get a true idea of where you stand and don’t quit…don’t ever quit!

Yes that is correct they don’t work unless you use them, but you should go by measurements and how your clothes fit. Also I know how you feel,at first I was weighing on one of those cheap scales the $6 one then I decided to by me a digital scale so I would know exactly how much I weighed.Well I weighed an it said 7lbs more and that shocked me but I didn’t let it stop me from working out.I just decided to work out even harder. So just snap out of the lazy mode you are in and hit those work outs;then all the progress you have been wanting will come.

Hey, take it easy on yourself, kido! You sound like an awesome mom (especially since you’d rather feed your kids than train!). So since you are a mom (I’m presuming) then you are going to have to figure out where the disconnect is coming in to play between your dieting, training and supplementation. Try this, do some HIIT cardio a few times a week when you wake up (and maybe while the kids are asleep?), you can google it or even reach out to some of the other female members on bodyspace for more info on how it works for women. I know for me, when I used to do it (I’m so getting back to it) I would:
5 mins - warm up
10 mins - do intervals of 45 secs moderate speed then sprint for 15 and then do it all over again.
5.mins - cool down
As I noticed my body needed more boost, I started to increase that to a total of 25 mins (extending the time I do intervals) then up to 30 mins.
But don’t be yourself up, try to figure out what’s going wrong, correct it and then rock out!
Be well and God bless

Keep your head up girl! I don’t have kids, but I have a demanding job that makes working out difficult sometimes. You just have to find that balance, enev though it’s hard…if it was easy, everyone would be doing it! Good luck!

Yo Stina: Markito’s right: HIIT takes very little time and will crank your metabolism hardcore. Or jump rope for 7 minutes. Don’t beat yourself up over being a good mom. Beat yourself up for being a part of the oppressive legal system keeping the poor and downtrodden beholden to the landed interests. I’m kidding of course. Don’t beat yourelf up at all. I used to beat myself all the time and it got me nowhere. I am going to stop writing now.
