This is a new week.
I’ve got intentions on going to the gym at least 4 times this week. And I am going to do Tae Bo a couple times this week also. I hate cardio but I know its important. I want a smaller abdomin, (thats what I’ll call it now, When it ever happens then it will be ABS. For now its abdomin.:( In time I know! ) Anyway I know cardio is so important to achieve my goals. I have to add something fun to actually complete it. I think Tae Bo is fun. I haven’t done any because I have been so lazy. I just started getting used to sleeping alone - love it - but dang I just want to lay there. I’ve the WHOLE bed to myself. It gets lonely but its all good. It is what it is. Things change and so do people - need I say more? WHATEVER its abs ABS abs ABS abs ABS abs ABs abs ABS abs ABS abs ABS abs ABS abs ABS abs!

I know what you mean about the whole bed thing. My husband went out of town for 3 days and I was all over the bed. I didn’t want to get up!
Good luck with your goals! Tae Bo is a lot of fun.
