Digital…Finally
Ok, so I have been taking pics with my phone and my camera at the same time along the way. I had no way of uploading the dig pics till today.
So…I have detailed pics up now including this morning. GRRrrrr… Im down 4 more, but I dont see it in my pics… I just dont get it. I think I really have to step it up on cardio. Resistance training is feeling good. My diet is on point. I dont stray. Once a week or once every TWO WEEKS ill have 10 bbq wings, but thats all.. Not sure….

wings arent that bad if you cook them right.
Steam them for 10-15 min. Then place back in the fridge for 1 hr. Once chilled place on a rack on a pan and cook in a heated oven at 425 for 20 min a side.
The steaming gets rid of most of the subcutaneous fat. The wings will be crispy and juicy without much of the fat.
