Ok, so I have been taking pics with my phone and my camera at the same time along the way. I had no way of uploading the dig pics till today.
So…I have detailed pics up now including this morning. GRRrrrr… Im down 4 more, but I dont see it in my pics… I just dont get it. I think I really have to step it up on cardio. Resistance training is feeling good. My diet is on point. I dont stray. Once a week or once every TWO WEEKS ill have 10 bbq wings, but thats all.. Not sure….

I am kinda looking forward to weigh in day tomorrow. I only weigh once a week, with all the same everything.
I hope its down a bit, because i dont notice my pants getting any looser…yet. Well, kinda, but I want to reach my short term goal….

Ok, so I am doing my split and took off today. I hate legs since I dont want them any bigger. I know they are huge muscles and burn lots of calories, but ugh. So anyway, i though I was hitting chest good week one- I was- very sore. Week 2- not so sore- week 3- nope..and today.. OH yea. I love it. The perfect soreness.
The kind you dont notice unless you start moving all around or using your chest/tris for something. So tomorrow I hit back/bi and fri is my chest/delts…Yea, i think i like this split. Cardio too. However, the worst part of cardio is the chaffing I get in the legs from being so large leged. I was Quadzilla at one point in the past…lol

Ok, so here is the deal. I really thought I would have more progress going into week 4. So I steped it up with the weights today. I did 19 sets today between Chest and tris. Switching my split up to keep body guessing. Maybe its a little bit early for that, but I want to get the next pant size down. However, I have heard my shoulders and arms look "bigger".
They for sure are hard all the time, even though I am this fat. Seriously, not sure why, Tbol, or what, but If I just bend my elbow, its hard like im flexing. Now, lets get this waist down and man titties off!!

Wow.. not trying to promote any certian brand or maker or anything, but today I really felt the pump with shoulders day. Just felt huge and rock solid. Really hard. I havent had a pump like that for a long time. Cant wait for the t-bol to kick in too. This is going to be a fun ride.
I also found my w/o log from 2003 (which is me in 2003 in the fuzzy pictures in my pic album) being 225-230 and having my 34′’ pants… WOW… I wonder if I can get some PR in the next few months. Im not sure though. I was doing 90-100lb DB..not BB…DB Inc. Chest Press. 3×12… Well see

So today I woke up and took my 2 pills on my empty stomach. I was planning on taking my HMB and multi about 45 min later, but I didn’t feel like it. Heavy on my stomach. I took my NO ShotGun and kept it moving. I was surprisingly sluggish in gym. But I still just went out lifting. I didn’t want to do any cardio today, so I did 20 min. Whats wrong with me? Not sure. Ill be going to bed earlier tonight though.

So, I jumped right out of bed today and got right to it. Had my breakfast shake. Then 1/2 before I started working out, I took a NO suppliment sample and it was pretty good. Im STILL sweating from whatever is in it. It says not to take any stimulants for a while after. So… But I did chest today, felt great swole and pumps (check progress pics to see). I get my suppliments tonight and looks like im going to start them tomorrow.

I cant wait till shin splints go away. I just want to jog for a while. It feels good. And its getting easier. After you break the 12 min wall, your good to goooooo. Till next time…

So..its been 6 days since an entry, but I have been feeling like ass in the morning. I made the mistake of having a few too many Bacardi and diets on Sunday- ProBowl. That wont happen again. Lost 2 days of the gym. I WAS however perfect on nutrition. So tomorrow looks like ill start my chest and 45 min cardio. I feel good right now, really good.
I have been keeping my EXN to like 2-3 daily. I took one this morning and another ill take around 3. Never later than 4 or Im "tired" at 11, but don’t fall asleep. Until tomorrow…

Ok, so today I had a great workout. Chest, got the pump goin. Couldnt even finish the last set of cable flys. Got on the cardio, pushed myself and was feeling great. Im still huge, but slow motion is better than no motion. So… I am down 4 lbs since I started. Sounds good to me. Any more then im cutting into muscle. And at 300g+ protein a day, i doubt that.
So I did my progress pics this morning. I was a little behind on days. Still nasty, but there are suttle changes. Now all I have to do is keep it going. I cant belive im putting my self out there looking like that, but its motivation. Anyway, thanks for the support. Tomorrow- Back!! Yea

So I had a "Im really not watching what I am eating/drinking" weekend. Wow, It was my b-day, and super bowl. So yesterday I just rested. Didnt feel like doing much. Went to be really early, but still woke up dead tired. I ride the bus (for now, I have 2 cars) and so I was not up to hitting the gym for a lazy ass workout. I feel good now with the extra 2 hours of sleep.
I can almost not wait for this day to be over so I can go to sleep, and wake up for the gym. I love chest day, and that will be tomorrow. Plus I am going to try this samle of VPX NO Shotgun. Ill let you know tomorrow. Well, you can always check my nutriton with my sig link. Its there. Till then…
