Back to the Basics !
Today I decided to really change my routine, instead of doing deadlifts first i did them last (and what a difference it made !)
i started with barbell bent over rows then followed with dumbell bent over rows, what incredible feeling !
Then i carried myself to the lat pulldown station, i havent done those since i was back home, kinda humiliating because i didnt do as much weight as i thought i could but i got a really good burn throught the sets
I then proceeded to do some t-bar rows, I have never felts such an incredible burn in my lats before !
and to end my wonderfull back workout i did some deadlifts, they were harder then usual because i was tired from my previous exercises but i managed, one bad thing though is the gym is out of chalk, so instead of complaining my hands were to sweaty i found some paper towel and used that… talk about old school eh ?

I guess the stars and planets were aligned tonight because i can honestly say this was the best workout i have had yet !!
(with plenty more to come)
Oh and im also working on trying to be able to do more chinups and pull ups ive been doing negatives for a while and my numbers have gone up
its slow but its worth it
