Bulking….

Breakfast

 

6 whole eggs with cheese and sausage

1 cup of oats

1130 calories and 76 grams of protein

Today I start the super squats program and I’ll post about that after my workout

Current supplements I use
Creatine,Glutamine,Multi Vitamin and whey powder

 currently weigh-150 pounds

want to bulk to around 200 then cut to around 180 then bulk to 220 and cut to 200

A Fresh Start

After i turned 18 i quickly moved out and i havent been to the gym in a while

you know,trying to earn cash for the things that i need

but i saved up enough money for a month pass at the gym so i got back into it

and man did it feel good, i ALMOST forgot how much i love lifting

but i sure felt sore after haha

A whole new life

im here now and im really excited

and now i can buy supplements to help me out

today was back day and i hit a new 1 rep max for the deadlift :)

315…. up from my old one of 275 !!!

what a great week this has been in terms of shattering PRs !!

A New Personal Best :D

Today was chest day

and i finnaly upped my one rep max to 185 !

thats 20 pounds more then my previous one rep max :D

 

other then that my workout went pretty well

for the next 3 weeks its incline for chest

and im finding im a little bit weaker then on the flat (Which is normal im hoping ??)

 I did the same stuff as usual ( dumbell presses hammer presses flys and dumbell presses)

 

for abs i did weighted crunches and frog crunches and v-ups  followed by roman twists and oblique twists

and ended the day with planks and side planks

 

abs are burnin chest is sore and i just beat a sticking point :D

Leg day

Legs went very well

started with squats and really felt the burn,after that i jumped as high as i could till failure (ouch)

then went to step ups and did a total of 40 reps each leg

 then legs extensions with 135 for 4 sets of `10 then 145 for 2 sets of 8 then one set of 90 for 20 reps (i cant hardly walk hahah)

then moved to weighted wall sits with 90 pounds, held that for 2 sets of one minute

 that was my leg day

was short was sweet and well worth the pain im in now hahah

Back to the Basics !

Back to the Basics !

Today I decided to really change my routine, instead of doing deadlifts first i did them last (and what a difference it made !)

i started with barbell bent over rows then followed with dumbell bent over rows, what incredible feeling !

Then i carried myself to the lat pulldown station, i havent done those since i was back home, kinda humiliating because i didnt do as much weight as i thought i could but i got a really good burn throught the sets

I then proceeded to do some t-bar rows, I have never felts such an incredible burn in my lats before !

and to end my wonderfull back workout i did some deadlifts, they were harder then usual because i was tired from my previous exercises but i managed, one bad thing though is the gym is out of chalk, so instead of complaining my hands were to sweaty i found some paper towel and used that… talk about old school eh ?

haha

I guess the stars and planets were aligned tonight because i can honestly say this was the best workout i have had yet !!

(with plenty more to come)

Oh and im also working on trying to be able to do more chinups and pull ups ive been doing negatives for a while and my numbers have gone up

its slow but its worth it :D

Chest day :D

Chest day went very well :)

i decided to start off with dumbells today just to switch things up a lil bit :)

worked wonder untill i got to the barbell haha but i kept my ego at the door and i pushed through…

abs also went very well, i found a way to use a weight without it hurting my face or arms or whatever and its so simple !! all i did was put a dumbell on my chest and it works wonders hahah

 

tommorow is good ol back day :D

i think im going to do deadlifts last…not sure about that tho
