June 20, 2007alright im goina start overloading creatine today and am still on my no NA high potassium high protien diet. Still waiting for posing trunks 2 come in from ups ground shipping. this is my first comp i hope i do good!!
2nd to last day of school
June 11, 2007alright nows the time i really have to get focused for the competition july 20-21st. It seems like i gota add mass and definition 2 win. Starting the arnold program today so hopefully ill see some results from that.
