Babes... I know excatly where you are coming from... people at my work moan when I talk about eating properly and to get themselves in the gym but most of the people are to lazy to do anything about it except moan. I've even been told that my protein shakes aren't good for me... oh and they are overweight, do weightwatchers, don't go to the gym and wonder why they haven't lost anyweight for the last 6 weeks... does my head and I try not to think about work otherwise I will fall asleep and I work for the government too....

OMG! I'm in exactly the same situation except I have access to the internet :)

It's difficult some days particularly as I have no 'friends' as work. They're all men and all architects. We just have nothing in common and rarely talk about anything in our personal lives.

I survive each day by enjoying the gym and knowing that at the end of next year I'll be a qualified personal trainer. :) I'll be where I belong and doing something I love.

Chin up :)

LOL.......I think most of us know how you feel. That's why I don't look to work for fulfillment. Even if it is a job that I love (which I don't in my current job). But at least I have a job, and with the US economy in the dumps, I'm glad for that.

My morning workouts are a highlight of my day &amp; help keep my sane, as well as fit. :D

OMG I think I met the same man when I was doing a cycling trip around Scotland with my partner in the summer - he was amazing and had traveled from Germany on his bike all round Ireland and was cycling home again all in 8 weeks. He usually did the trip with his wife but she was sick. If it isn't the same Hans then it is someone very like him.

Good for you Steph... you look amazing and I'm glad that you have found/reallised how you want your body to look. Just doing that can be the hardest part, do I get bigger? or slim down and be lean, do i work my body for my sport or change the sport I'm doing? These are all questions that we aim at our body and most of us aim contradicting questions at ourselves and then wonder why we aren't achieving our goals.

Good for you. It's nice to know we're not that far off our fitness goals. I'd like to cut a little BF for a bit more definition, but generally I'm satisfied with my fitness level.

Keep charging. You look great (and have very nice legs).

Our ability to dream and envision something as being a 'part of our lives' allows us to aspire to new heights....
unfortunately, it also allows us to get carried away and lose sight of what is in favor of what could be.

It's good that you found a balance.

People think I'm nutz, but I believe if you eat good you look good, eat crap look and feel like crap. Healthy body equals healthy mind, Look good feel good.

I have not been sick for three years straight so far, never called in sick to work so far, more productive, more money, able to take care of the family. have not taken any vacation time yet either.
