My results in the past 5 days have been absolutely amazing. I have gained more muscle and have met my mini-goal 2 days early! I hope I can maintain it until I meet my real goal, just 1.1 lbs and a week away! My motivation has been building this past week.

I am really sore from yesterdays work out. Means I did a challenging weight =] Which burned around 300 calories and then whatever calories I burned today from my muscles re-building. I’ll sleep really well tonight. My protein intake has been really high the past 3 days so I am expecting good news from the scale tomorow too. Even If I just maintain muscle I will be happy. Cardio, tanning and a long hot shower planned for tomorow.

Tanning Session 11
Hot Bodeez Level 1 - 10 Minutes

This lotion was thick to put on and a little difficult to rub it and spread around, but not a big deal. I applied a light coat all over my face and got results slightly better than last time using "Guilt Trip." In the tanning bed I did notice a little of the lotion come off and get chunky like the Cafe Bronzer did. I assume that the stronger, longer lasting bronzers do this. But hey, now I know it is worth it. The smell didn’t jump out at me so becuase I dont really remember Ill say that it was neither good or bad.

My cheaks were a little reddened and my stomache was very slightly reddened. If I got red any where else it was covered up by the bronzers.

I also bid on a lot of 12 tanning packets from the 7 deadly sins line. I only bid $3.50 so I didn’t expect to win but when I logged on tonight I found out otherwise. So Im going to have a new brand to expirament with in the next few days.

First thing I noticed was a candy like smell. The bottle says peach but its more of a minty sweet? Hard to explain but its my favorite scent so far. I was a little afraid of the cooling effect being strong. I noticed nothing at all.

When I got out of the bed, dressed and went to work I looked great! The best instant bronzer so far. I loved it. And the smell wasn’t powerful by this time at all, which was nice. It doesn’t have any long term bronzers, which I am fine with now becuase I have a great base tan built up by now. So far this is my favorite lotion =]

I’ve also just ordered 5 sets of 10 different type of Carribean Gold Packets, some I have tried before, some I haven’t. Some I will re-sell n ebay because they have hot tingle which I dont like at all and am afraid to try.

The Lotion was hot and runny again from being in the car but today I was careful to apply it evenly and fully rub it in. Im happy to report that there were no streaks! The smell was really nice and noticable for an hour or so after. The bronzers worked instantly and very well. My skin was completely soft and still is, I’ve come to expect this from the Carribean Gold Line. It doesn’t have any DHA bronzers so whatever results I wake up with in the morning are thanks to the extra minute I spent in the bed and the intensifiers in this lotion.

Overall this lotion was excellent. The only thing I would improve would be for it to have longer lasting DHA bronzers. I will look and see if they have this lotion with this extra bronzer in it.

This is funny that what I am about to type up here directly goes agaisnt what I have said in my "Reliance on Others" entry just days ago. . .
Well, first and foremost I am finally going to the gym! First time in yes 7 days. One full week! I plan on murdering my quads and back today. I will do chest, hamstrings and shoulders too. (More on that next post) This will be the 3rd time I get to take my Beta-Alanine/Arginine/Creatine pre workout miz from Primaforce. The first time my workout was amazing and my bench press increased dramatically. The second time my workout was cut short. Hopefully todays workout will be more like the first =]

How am I getting there? Well, thats also what I am excited for. Today is as many of you may know, a day off from school. My moms boyfriend comes over around noon and doesn’t usually leave until 9 or 10 at night. He is going to let me use his car! I will take it  to the gym around 1 pm then take it to work for 3 pm and drive home when I get off at 8 pm. Yay. Its not like I dont do the same thing on weekends I just usually have to walk everywhere so it takes longer. But because of the holiday today the gym is closing at 3. That means I have to get in and get out. Not that I expect my actualy workout to take the full 2 hours, but somehow I always end up staying about that long.

Today in the gym I have to push through all of the iron I’ve ever known. Im going for personal best in squats, lat pull downs and lying t bar rows. Push, I’ll tell myself, It doesnt really hurt.
And at work today I must remind myself of 3 key words, "Confidence, Responsibility & Opportunity." And I shall be set for the night.
I also may try to get to the new tanning salon inbetween gym and work. Its literaly right next to work. But that depends on when I leave the gym.

Didn’t really notice much of a smell, and it was really hot outside and I was walking with the lotion in a black purse, so it came out kind of runny. The lotion itself was a brown-gold color and left a slight instant tint on your skin before I even got in the bed. This lotion has a tendency to be streaky or not fully absorbed unless you really work it in. It also washed off when I washed my face about 8 hours later. Left skin very soft, like all Carribean Gold lotions with hemp. It didn’t leave a lingering after tanning smell.

Overall - This isn’t the absolute best lotion I have tried so far but the results were instant and very good until I washed it off.

This dark bronzer definetly does what it says.
When first applying this lotion, the scent was extremely strong and had Coffee aroma with a hint of coconut maybe. It took a few minutes to get used to. Application went well… Until I got into the booth. Maybe I over applied the lotion in some areas because the lotion was almost peeling off me. It looked like brown eraser shavings. I know this wasn’t dead skin because I shaved and exfoliated the night before.
Once the tanning session was over and this little mishap was taken care of I continued with my day. About 10 minutes later I noticed I was very dark. And not just a healthy golden, but the deep bronze that the package claims.
About 6  hours later, that night my face was 4 or 5 shades darker and my body was about 3 shades darker. (I applied alot to my face.) My palms did get slightly brown but other than that everything turned out great. So overall, It has been the best and worst lotion I have used so far. I had the bad experience with applying it, but the results are fantastic. After further research there is also a Cafe Bronzer version with hemp in it for extra skin softness.
