Back in College

I’ve been back living in my dorm for about a week. Catching up with everything and getting used to the new semester has caused my gym time to drop and my total fat mass to go up. I am back in the right mindset however so I fully expect to recover from this little relapse. A picture Like that ^^ Should keep me motivated enough!

Connecticut

Before going back to college I spent the last week of my winter break at my room mates house. No gym, not enough food and not enough sleep wreaked havoc on my body. I had a great time and it was only a week. I fully plan on getting back into my regular work outs as soon as life goes back to normal.

Things are paying off…

Today I reached a specifically set milestone on my way to my perfect body. Its the 3rd step in my list of 28 incremental body goals that will take me a year to accomplish. I weighed in today at 107.7 lbs and 17.1% Bodyfat. While it is not the lowest body fat I have ever been, its a step toward reversing what one semester at college did to my body. Even better is the fact that I am currently maintaining the heaviest lean mass I have ever had! I am excited and I hope I can continue this progress once I go back to dorm life.

Getting Closer!

Dropped almost a pound in just 3 days and gained a teensy  bit of calorie burning muscle in the process. I am really loving the successes I have been having in my home town gym. Way more comfortable atmosphere than the cramped and crowded campus gym. Just goes to show how much your mind is involved with your physical progress. I am so close to my goals now! I will be looking like my first thinspo any week now!

B: Oatmeal

L: Soup

S: Chips =/

D: Fish

S: Protein Powder Drink with 1% Milk

My New Years Resolution

Among all of my little goals, my single 2009 resolution is simply to eat 100 grams of protein per day or more. If I do, well then I am fueling my body and probably building lean mass. If not, here is the catch - I lose $5 out of my ’spending money’ account to use once I get back to college. Its day 1 and things are looking good so far.
