Catching Up

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

Christmas was ok. My cousin offered to drive me to my roommates house a week before dorms opened so I could visit with her for a week. A vacation within a vacation almost. I didnt track my food intake online today but I couldn’t have done terrible.  The scale at the gym said 109 pounds. Based of last time I checked my body fat and how my body feels, here is what I am estimating for this weight. 18.4% Bodyfat  (89 Lean mass, 20 Fat) Doing well. Here I come 2009.

Quickie

Tuesday, December 23rd, 2008

Still Pretty Busy.
Had time to do Yoga with my cousin for an hour an a half.
I dont even care how many calories I burned because it felt so good.
Unfortunately my car is in the shop so I can’t make it to the gym for a few days.

Intake today was pretty much the same as yesterday, just half to the portions.
Im not eating enough to gain muscle but Im not getting fat either = ]

Car Trouble

Monday, December 22nd, 2008

Well going to the gym and making money hasn’t been going as well as planned. My car’s battery died so it was in the shop for a week. The day after I got it back I slipped across the road on ice and snow into a pole. The repairs are probably going to take 2 weeks. Great - 3 weeks without the gym!! While I will still be able to work, my hours will be limited and some of the cash will be diverted to the tow truck company. Super =/

Work all day again =/ I am so busy with getting to work, working, finding food money, driving home to a cold empty house and trying to get a decent nights sleep.

Unhealthy.

Monday, December 15th, 2008

Slept at my best friends last night. She didn’t have anything healthy for breakfast and she lives in the middle of now where so I had to get a sausage and egg sandwich from the only convenience store. Then its off to work for the rest of the day.  I know I gained because I had macaroni like 2 hours before bed. Gross! So many cheesy carbs. Not only that but I haven’t done a single work out since I have been home. I am broke and can’t go to the gym. So Im not building any more calorie burning muscle.  I have been remembering to take my diet pills again, the Lipo Women worked well for me about a month ago until I forgot about them =/

Winter Break

Its Winter Break! I get 6 weeks off from college, but I am not looking forward to it. I will start work right away and I will be making almost a grand! And I will be working out at my favorite gym almost daily!

Abs in Dorm

Tuesday, December 9th, 2008

Did 2 run-throughs of a really varied ab routine. I like it alot. Hopefully in two days when I do this again I’ll do more of everything. Can’t wait for the weigh in tomorrow. I burned only 50 or so calories doing abs tonight. I had a piece of homemade bread about an hour ago that brought my intake from perfect to above average so Im not that upset but I regret it still. Hopefully it wont impact my results tomorrow.

Easy Day

Monday, December 8th, 2008

No workouts today. My entire upper body is still sore. I might do abs if I go do cardio later tonight. Went tanning instead. Had a 6 minute final exam for health today. No joke. Today has been easy and tomorow I dont have any exams but then Thursday is the dreaded chemistry.

Yesterday I had gained .4 but I was sure I’d burn it off by today and guess what. I am down .7 =] So I burnt it off and then some. My nutrition has been so on point and its really paying off.

Great Day

Sunday, December 7th, 2008

My results in the past 5 days have been absolutely amazing. I have gained more muscle and have met my mini-goal 2 days early! I hope I can maintain it until I meet my real goal, just 1.1 lbs and a week away! My motivation has been building this past week.

I am really sore from yesterdays work out. Means I did a challenging weight =] Which burned around 300 calories and then whatever calories I burned today from my muscles re-building. I’ll sleep really well tonight. My protein intake has been really high the past 3 days so I am expecting good news from the scale tomorow too. Even If I just maintain muscle I will be happy. Cardio, tanning and a long hot shower planned for tomorow.
